Over and Around Tour - Big Bus Vancouver Tour with Capilano Suspension Bridge Admission
New Heights of Excitement
Located only minutes from downtown Vancouver in the midst of the West Coast rainforest, the Suspension Bridge is easy to access and makes an amazingly memorable trip. The original Capilano Suspension Bridge was built by a City of Vancouver Parks Commissioner, Grant Mackay, in 1889. His ideas have been innovatively maintained and continue to inspire visitors and locals to return year after year. One of the newest attractions at the Capilano Suspension Bridge is the Treetop Adventure. Visitors can venture from tree to tree along suspended walkways and take in a bird's eye view of the forest from numerous lookout platforms towering as high as 100 feet in the air! The system is completely innovative and environmentally friendly enabling the platforms and bridges to be hung by cables instead of causing damage to the Douglas fir trees - many of them hundreds of years old. Big Bus makes it easy and affordable to make an adventure of the North Shore. Simply hop-off at Big Bus stop #2 and take the SeaBus across the channel to the North Shore. The SeaBus itself offers a fantastic sightseeing experience and shuttles commuters and visitors from downtown to the North Shore and back every 15-20 minutes. Once you hop-off the SeaBus, you catch bus #236 which takes you directly to Capilano Suspension Bridge. Simply sit back and enjoy the ride! |

Ready for a rainforest adventure fit for the whole family? Then team up with Big Bus and check out the Capilano Suspension Bridge on Vancouver's North Shore. One of the first attractions of the lower mainland, the suspension bridge sways 230 ft above the rushing waters of the Capilano River.
